It is established in the year 2022 and managed by KANATE FOUNDATION, which is a public Charitable Trust. Chairman of the Trust is Dr KJ Devasia, and Dr Joseph Benaven its executive trustee. Director of the College is Mrs. Rakhi Joseph. Taliparamba is the nearest town which is 2 km away from the College and Kannur is the nearest railway station which is 25 km away from the College.
